Site Clearance
We have breaker and pulveriser attachments to accompany some of our larger excavators thereby giving us the capability to prepare large quantities of concrete / hardcore for either transport off site to our recycling facility or ready for onsite processing. Should recycling onsite be unviable, our large fleet of tippers stand ready to clear the material back to our facility where we can screen and / or crush the material as required ready for resale back to the construction sector.
SCREENING
Mixed loads of soil with hardcore / concrete are not a problem; thanks to our impressive screening capabilities we are able to process such loads through our Warrior 1400 and Warrior 2100 Scalping Screeners or McCloskey 516 trommel screening plant. With varying sized screening decks / drums, we are able to screen down to as little as 6mm given favourable weather conditions. The Warrior 2100 is particularly impressive for large scale screening operations with a throughput of up to 700-tonnes per hour.
CRUSHING
We currently operate a Maximus MXJ-1100 (50-tonne) crushing plant that enables us to crush up to 300 tonnes of concrete per hour. This serves our own requirements at the recycling depot perfectly and can also be utilised for onsite crushing for any large-scale contracts (subject to relevant permissions).
RECYCLING AGREGATES
The end result of the process are our recycled aggregates. Â We currently produce 6F5 crushed concrete and Type 4 crushed asphalt for supply to our clients throughout the south-east.
